The researchers of the said study discovered this by monitoring about 84,000 postmenopausal women who were engaged in light physical activities of any type. Author of the study Dr. Mathew Sorensen said, “Even small amounts of exercise may decrease the risk of kidney stones.” This new study suggests that you are not required to do marathons or sweat your way out of the gym for it to work.

Kidney stones are more prevalent on women. It was discovered that having kidney stones might be a systemic problem during the past 15 years, which means that it involves more than just our kidneys.
